Built for trucks

Parcel delivery is drop-and-go.
Trucks are a different problem.

Furniture, appliances, pallets, and Big & Bulky items don’t move like boxes. They need teams, loading logic, access coordination, damage protection, customer approval, returns, and proof.

The hidden cost

Every mistake is more expensive when it needs a truck and a team.

01

Wasted truck time

Delays, no-shows, wrong stops, and route changes burn capacity you can't recover.

02

Damage and disputes

Heavy items move through doors, stairs, walls, floors, elevators, and tight spaces. Without proof, every claim becomes a debate.

03

Returns that break the day

Partial returns, exchanges, failed attempts, and items left on the truck create operational chaos fast.

Your team. Our system.

Your team handles the truck.GoMove handles everything around it.

Orders become tasks. Tasks become routes. Field work becomes live updates. Completed jobs become searchable history.

Operational. Memory.

Every task, route, stop, item, team, photo, signature, and return stays connected. No more guessing what happened after the truck leaves.

Daily reality

What parcel tools were never designed to handle.

These aren’t edge cases in truck-based delivery operations. They’re what your team does every single day.

  • Two-person teams
  • LIFO loading order
  • In-home delivery
  • Before / after photos
  • Responsibility discharge
  • Damage-risk approval
  • Returns and exchanges
  • Live route changes

Discharge. Before the risk.

When a customer asks the team to proceed despite a risk, GoMove sends a digital discharge. The customer signs, the driver app updates, and the delivery continues — protected.

Risk detected
on site.

Driver flags a constraint — narrow stairway, fragile access, possible damage — in one tap.

Digital discharge
signed.

The customer receives, reviews, and accepts the responsibility discharge on their phone.

Driver app
approved.

Approval appears in the driver app instantly so the team knows it's safe to proceed.

Delivery
continues.

The route resumes on time, every action timestamped and stored as proof in the operational record.

The bigger picture

Humans move the goods.GoMove runs the operation.

Deliveries by truck are the wedge. The larger vision is a cell-based intelligence layer for physical operations.

Questions? Answers.

  • GoMove is built in Montréal and operates across Canada and the United States. The platform is cloud-based, so any truck delivery operator with internet access — from a single-truck operation to a multi-hub 3PL — can run on it.
  • GoMove is designed for big-&-bulky truck delivery: furniture retailers, appliance delivery, white-glove and installation crews, pallets and building materials, municipal operations, and 3PLs handling the same. If your operation needs trucks and crews — not just a courier on a bike — GoMove fits.
  • Pricing is per truck per month. The Work cell is $39/truck/mo and is always included. Specialty cells (Places, Fleet, Intelligence, Proof, Customer, Intake, Billing, Assets) are added à-la-carte. Activate all 9 cells and the bundle automatically drops to $100/truck/mo — the GoMove Complete price.
  • No. GoMove is month-to-month per truck. Add or remove cells at any time — your price recalculates on the next cycle. Start with one truck and one cell, scale when you are ready.
  • Yes. The Intake cell lets you bring in work via portal, Excel paste, email or API. Most operators start by pasting their existing orders to test, then connect a partner feed or API once they trust the flow.
  • Most last-mile tools are courier-first: small parcels, single-driver routes, light proof. GoMove is built around the truck operation — crews, multi-item jobs, in-home delivery, before/after photos, damage-risk waivers, returns. And it bundles route optimization, customer notifications, proof and billing in one system, well under the $500+/month entry price of legacy platforms.
  • Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. GoMove follows Quebec Law 25 and standard North-American data protection practices. You own your customer and operational data — exportable at any time.
  • Start the free trial, paste in a handful of real jobs, and run them through the system. Most operators see the value within the first week. Need help composing your bundle? Talk to an expert and we will scope it with you.
