FAQ
Questions? Answers.
Where is GoMove available?+
GoMove is built in Montréal and operates across Canada and the United States. The platform is cloud-based, so any truck delivery operator with internet access — from a single-truck operation to a multi-hub 3PL — can run on it.
Who is GoMove built for?+
GoMove is designed for big-&-bulky truck delivery: furniture retailers, appliance delivery, white-glove and installation crews, pallets and building materials, municipal operations, and 3PLs handling the same. If your operation needs trucks and crews — not just a courier on a bike — GoMove fits.
How is pricing structured?+
Pricing is per truck per month. The Work cell is $39/truck/mo and is always included. Specialty cells (Places, Fleet, Intelligence, Proof, Customer, Intake, Billing, Assets) are added à-la-carte. Activate all 9 cells and the bundle automatically drops to $100/truck/mo — the GoMove Complete price.
Do I need to commit to a long contract?+
No. GoMove is month-to-month per truck. Add or remove cells at any time — your price recalculates on the next cycle. Start with one truck and one cell, scale when you are ready.
Can I import my existing data and integrate with my tools?+
Yes. The Intake cell lets you bring in work via portal, Excel paste, email or API. Most operators start by pasting their existing orders to test, then connect a partner feed or API once they trust the flow.
How does GoMove compare to Onfleet, Routific or Bringg?+
Most last-mile tools are courier-first: small parcels, single-driver routes, light proof. GoMove is built around the truck operation — crews, multi-item jobs, in-home delivery, before/after photos, damage-risk waivers, returns. And it bundles route optimization, customer notifications, proof and billing in one system, well under the $500+/month entry price of legacy platforms.
Is my data secure and compliant?+
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. GoMove follows Quebec Law 25 and standard North-American data protection practices. You own your customer and operational data — exportable at any time.
How do I get started?+
Start the free trial, paste in a handful of real jobs, and run them through the system. Most operators see the value within the first week. Need help composing your bundle? Talk to an expert and we will scope it with you.
